(More customer reviews)I ordered my filters and they were shipped from Promax.After doing more research in my area I found the filters about half the price at my local Target store.I posted a review on Amazon stating that I was upset that I had paid more from Amazon/Promax and that even tho I would continue to buy from Amazon, I would not order from Promax again.I received my order and posted my review.I then received 3 phone calls and two e-mails from Promax wanting to know what they could do to resolve my opinion -- David actually told me they "lived and died" by their reviews and asked me to please take down my negative review and they would do whatever they could to make me happy.I was out of town, however, I took my review down on 4/24 and called the company back today, 4/27, to tell them I had taken the review down. Promax rep David, on speaker phone, ask me what price I had bought the same item from from Target, would he be able to go online and verify the price, that he would not refund my shipping, he actually said I knew how much I was paying for the item when I hit "send" on my order, and there was no way they would refund my shipping--I should know that I had to pay shipping when I buy something.Needless to say, I am now extremely unhappy with this whole Promax experience.When they wanted me to take down my review they were absolutely wonderful; after I took down my review I was the idiot.I told them not to worry about any type of refund, to expect my negative review back online.

I would hope anyone out there would run as fast as they could from this company.In this day and age customer service is a must for any business.This company is AWFUL.As I stated before -- I will continue to buy from Amazon, but if what I need is only available from Promax--I will do without.

(More customer reviews)I am a fan of the original Anti-Icky-Poo.However, it is heavily scented, and when I have to spray a large area, the scent is overpowering.

Enter the *unscented* Anti-Icky-Poo.Wow!What an improvement.I can spray to my heart's content and urine odor is gone within a day or two.It really works to eat up odors, not mask it.Believe me, my nose can tell whether a spot has been sprayed or not.

I usually use a Bissell SpotBot Hands-Free Compact Deep Carpet Cleaner, 1200B and follow up with this spray.It works without Spotbot (my husband just sprays), but I like to clean as much urine out as possible before spraying.

This review is for the gallon refill, which does not come with a spray bottle.You must buy the smaller spray bottle or use your own spray bottle and refill with this solution.I only buy the gallon bottles, because we go through so much of it.(Bad dog!)

The microfiber cleaning surface readily picks up dirt and dust.

I once had an absolutely catastrophic spill in my bathroom that I had to clean up with my Swiffer Wet Jet and I was surprised how much water the Swiffer soaked up. Don't underestimate these plain-looking pads - locked inside the pads is are tiny polymer beads that, when wet, turn gelatinous and expand to many times their original size. These pads can soak up more water than you might think!

The sticky, smeary residue that someone mentioned is the gelatinous substance from a ruptured cleaning pad. Under normal circumstances, the Swiffer WebJet Cleaning Pads should not leave a residue on your floor.

(More customer reviews)This stuff is pretty unbelievable.I have a small dog who has an "issue" with using the appropriate outdoor facilities at times.This POOF product has done the impossible so many times and we havent had to replace our light beige carpet, despite the years of canine abuse.Also been used effectively on fruit juice, red wine, alltypes fo food, mud stains, etc... works on all types of carpet and upholstery.Tried products like pet specific cleaners from Petco and Oxiclean and they didnt do half the job.Amazing stuff!

(More customer reviews)The BEST odor remover I have ever found.I have been using this product for at least 7 years.Occasionaly I have tried other products with even bigger claims, but always keep ZORBX on hand because I can rely on it.It always gets rid of that 'wet dog' odor, and even helped with a gasoline spill on the back floor mat in my car.The BEST of all is when our neighborhood 'Peppy la Peu' runs into one of the neighborhood cats in my back yard at 2:30 in the morning.The smell always wakes me up, and the ZORBX lets me get back to sleep. (More customer reviews)I hate cleaning house, or in my case, apartment! There are so many wonderful, worthwhile things I could be doing with my time rather than dusting, sweeping and mopping. Sleeping-in on weekends is high on that list of activities. However, I cannot abide living in filth. Sigh. So, clean I must. And then a dear friend of mine, a compulsive cleaner, turned me on to Swiffer products. After receiving a firsthand demonstration from my enthusiastic pal, I purchased the "Swiffer Duster with Extendable Handle."

Wake up fellow humans!! The Swiffer Duster takes the yuck, or most of it, out of cleaning...well, at least the dusting part!! I have two cats, so eliminating their hair more easily is a major plus! This amazing little dusting apparatus, similar in design to an old-fashioned feather duster, cuts down on dust, invisible particles and pet hairs, in no time flat!

This starter package comes with two sturdy plastic handles which extend to 3 feet in length. Two disposable Swiffer dusters are included, so I would recommend buying a package of refills along with this purchase, since once you use a duster you throw it out along with whatever it picks up. You simply insert the duster onto the handle, shake to fluff, and dust. Dry cloths are extra-thick with unique, V-shaped ridges that pick up more dirt, etc., than traditional methods of cleaning. The Swiffer fibers create an electrostatic charge, that when wiped across a surface, attracts dust/dirt, hair, and other gunk. Then the trademark "Lift and Lock" pockets hold the dirt to stop it from returning to your clean floor or surface

I find Swiffer Dusters are particularly good for getting into hard-to-reach places, like under and behind the computer monitor, keyboard, TV screen, sound system equipment - they're fabulous for cleaning ceiling fans, around knickknacks, and my personal nemesis - loaded bookshelves!! The pivoting head can be adjusted and locked into four different positions to clean angled surfaces, such as above mentioned ceiling fans, venetian blinds, cabinet corners, baseboards and tight spaces.

Some folks complain that the refills are expensive and I agree, to some extent. Although for me, they're worth every single penny because after I dust, both dust and duster go directly into the trash and out my door - Do Not Pass Go; Do Not Collect $200! Weigh your priorities. I'd rather brown bag it to work and cut my cleaning time in half. Check it out. You won't hear me cheering often about anything that has to do with cleaning.
